Transforming Team Communication A lot of factors go into a high performing team, but none is more important than communication. This Bootcamp introduces participants to the key components of effective communication on teams. Participants can expect learn how to: Take their team to another level of performance Communicate in a way that they understand others and feel understood Identify practical skills they can use to deepen engagement with the people they lead Your team is only as strong as their ability to communicate. Join this Bootcamp to take you and your team to the next level. This is 3-part Bootcamp held on 4/20/23, 5/4/23 and 5/18/23. Each Bootcamp is held at the Innovation Hub at 942 Olive Street in Downtown Eugene, from 10:30 am to 12 pm.
