As we move towards a post-pandemic time many businesses are facing the same issue, a lack of available employees. We hear this across all sectors and at all levels of employment. With a goal of being a more welcoming community, we aim to assist businesses in their journey to create more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace has proven to show a variety of positive results as in bringing different perspectives, increased creativity, higher innovation, faster problem-solving, better decision-making, higher employee engagement, reduced employee turnover, better company reputation improved hiring results and increased profits.  Knowing that recruiting talent is a growing problem in our community and across the country, we have brought together a team of panelists to share their insight on Innovative and Inclusive Recruitment.
